Will review radiation safety program and prepare you for Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission inspections.  We will use the guideline created by CNSC as a benchmark and establish state of your radiation safety program.

Develop a training program for your team including policy, procedures and training presentation/video.  Question and answer session can be followed by in clinic observation.  Suggestions on potential patient workflow to allow for safe practice.

I will work with your team to optimize the efficiency of the patient flow through your clinic.  A complete assessment will involve team interviews, presentation, discussion and implementation.

Will work with your team to address Joint Health & Safety Concerns.  Will meet and conduct full meeting and assessments following Ontario Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.  Minutes and Action items will be provided to the team with follow up offered, if required.

Review list of existing vendors and review purchasing habits.  I will try to assess status of current contracts and establish more streamlined purchasing habits.  I will work with your team leads and purchasing teams.

Offer temporary nuclear medicine technologist coverage for vacation or temporary leave.  Timeline to be negotiated based on availability.

Will research miscellaneous projects on your behalf.  Will provide a variety of services from finding vendors/contractors to complete your vision to project management.
